DTZ Sherry Fitzgearld commissioned us to design a suite of property brochures for their new Arc Property Portfolio. This porfoilio contained a range of properties from car parks to warehousing, retail schemes to high end offices. With a such a broad range of properties we needed to design a broad range of brochures.
We designed a brochure template which some of the properties used and a number of bespoke brochures for the higher end properties. These higher end brochures were printed in 5 colours (full colour + Metallic ink) and finished with a spot varnish.
